Millepetali is a bold and expressive white wine made from 100% Viognier.
The grapes are hand-harvested, then carefully destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation—both alcoholic and malolactic—takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve aromatic intensity.
The wine is then aged for 20 months in new oak barriques, gaining structure, richness, and depth.

In the glass, it reveals a straw yellow color with golden highlights.
The bouquet is rich and layered, unfolding notes of exotic fruits, dried hay, and a hint of lavender.
On the palate, it is elegant and silky, supported by a vibrant acidity.
Though completely dry, it offers a soft, enveloping mouthfeel and a remarkably long, persistent finish.
