La DAMA BIANCA

Grape Varieties: Merlot; Viogner & Johanniter
Alcohol: 12.5%
Affinamento: Fermented in oak barriques
Unconventional. Harmonious. Expressive.
La Dama Bianca is a distinctive white wine born from an unexpected yet perfectly balanced blend of Merlot, Viognier and Johanniter.
All the grapes are hand-harvested, then gently destemmed and pressed. Fermentation—both alcoholic and malolactic—takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve purity and freshness.
To add roundness and complexity, the wine is fermented in oak barriques, lending a soft, elegant texture.
In the glass, it reveals a pale straw yellow color and offers a refined bouquet of white flowers and subtle aromatic notes. On the palate, it is smooth, savory, and well-balanced, with a lively acidity that gives depth and a long, fresh finish.
A graceful and intriguing wine—La Dama Bianca is the quiet soul of our vineyard, reimagined in white.
