The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, then destemmed and gently pressed.
Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in stainless steel vats, preserving purity and intensity.
The wine is then aged for 24 months in new French oak barriques, gaining remarkable complexity and structure.
In the glass, it reveals a deep, intense ruby red.
The nose is rich and layered, with aromas of ripe fruit, dark chocolate, and freshly roasted coffee.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, supported by vibrant yet elegant tannins.
