How do I arrive at Tenuta Luigina?
Tenuta Luigina is located in the Swiss village of Stabio and is easily accessible from both Como (Italy) and Lugano (Swizerland).
From Como: By car, the journey takes about 20 minutes. Take the A9 motorway heading north towards Switzerland and Lugano. You will need to pass the Swiss/Italian border. Take the exit for Mendrisio and continue towards Stabio, where you’ll find our vineyard in Via Bruciata 2.
From Lugano: From Lugano, the drive takes approximately 20 minutes. Head towards Stabio and continue until you reach Via Bruciata 2.
Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required to ensure we can offer you the best possible experience. You can easily book online via the Wine Tastings section of our website.

Can we bring children or infants to wine tastings?
Our tastings are designed with adults in mind, but children and infants are welcome when accompanied and supervised at all times.
During booking, you’ll have the option to include children as part of your reservation:
Ages 0–6: Free of charge
Ages 6–17: Reduced fee, depending on the experience selected

What happens if I am late for my booking?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth start.
If you are up to 15 minutes late: We may need to shorten your experience or reschedule, depending on the day’s bookings.
If you are more than 15 minutes late: Your reservation may be cancelled without refund, especially during peak times or for shared tastings.
For private experiences, we may be able to be more flexible — please call us as soon as possible if you’re running late.
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard Bookings (1–8 people):
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows: Non-refundable
Private or Group Bookings (9+ people or custom experiences):
Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance or no-shows: May be subject to partial or full charges
Any changes to the number of participants must also be communicated at least 72 hours in advance
How can I cancel or modify my booking?
For bookings made via our website: You can manage or cancel your reservation directly online.
For private or custom bookings: Please contact us by email or phone — we’ll be happy to assist you.
Is there parking available at Tenuta Luigina?
Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site for approximately 8 to 10 vehicles. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure ease of access, especially during busier periods.
Are pets allowed on the premises?
Yes, we welcome well-behaved pets at Tenuta Luigina. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that pets remain on a lead at all times and are supervised throughout the visit.
Where can I purchase Tenuta Luigina wines?
Wines can be purchased directly at the winery after a tasting or by appointment. While we do not currently offer online sales through our website, selected retailers may carry our wines—please contact us for more information or recommendations.
Do you host private events or celebrations?
Yes, we are delighted to host private events and celebrations, from intimate gatherings to tailored experiences. Each event can be customized to reflect your vision and preferences. In case of bad weather, our elegant Glass Tasting Room can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests, ensuring your event remains special—rain or shine.
In which languages are the wine tastings available?
Wine tastings are available in both Italian and English. You can indicate your preferred language during the booking process, and we’ll ensure your experience is conducted accordingly.
